My Jandy valve keeps sucking in air when the pump is on and I can hear it. Someone told me to change the stem o-rings part number 116. Will this solve my problem?

Yes these valve stem o-rings can very well be the reason why the pump is pulling in air. Sometimes if these o-rings become dry rotted or even break that will cause air to be pulled in from the valve.
