Hello Mike. The Hayward Pool Products Drain Plug with gasket SPX1700fgv is 1/4" Pipe Size, with Nominal Outside Diameter Pipe OD 0.540 inches (13.7mm) and TPI value of 18. Plug, Drain W/ Gasket (spx1700fgv)

Must be screwed in very tight to prevent leak, even with the O-ring. Makes it difficult to get back out when needed.
