Hi I don't see a picture of the bottom side. Does this include the cam that lifts the t-vales?

Hi, Ron. This is not for the T-Valve style water valve. You will need P/N 540285 (5-Port) or  540269 (6-Port) which includes the Cam for the T-Valves.
