Folks,
I need a new tie rod for a Pentair FNS36 DE Filter Grid assembly. Per my manual, the part number should be 19-2183, which you have listed but the listing says it is not available. This rod is 5/16" x 21.5" long. You also have Part No. 21-2141, which is 5/16" X 19" long. Is this a substitute and will it fit my filter? Why is it 2.5" shorter than the part in my manual.
Please advise.

Hi, Tim. The original FNS filters required two tie rods p/n 19-2183. That style is no longer available and has now been replaced by a manifold that used a single tie rod p/n 192141. That's whys p/n 192183 is NLA and p/n 192141 is a bit shorter.
