I see 2 shoes are missing. The cleaner has been cleaning only a small area. Do I need to replace only the shoes or has something more gone wrong?

Hello, We recommend replacing the two missing shoes to see if it works properly. If it does not, we recommend bringing in your cleaner to your local pool store to see if they can find out why the vacuum is not working.
