I thought at one time I had purchased shoes for my Hayward Ultravac that were for my plaster pool. I can not find them listed anywhere. The ones for the concrete pools seem harder than I remember the other shoes being. Are the Concrete shoes the correct ones for a plaster pool or are the Slotted Santoprene Shoes the correct ones?

Thank you for contacting Inyo Pool Products. The shoes for plaster would be the same as the ones listed for concrete. The slotted shoes are for the above ground vinyl pool cleaners primaril

Hi Kelly. The Slotted Santoprene Shoes do not come with the springs.

I would like to purchase these feet. I so need new springs to go with them. Do you sell them in addition to the feet? I have the ladybug and she is about 13 years old? I need 4 new springs. Thank you.

Hi Kim, The springs are not sold separately, you will have to purchase the Pod Kit - AXV417WHP along with the Slotted Santoprene Shoes.

Are these shoes required for fiberglass pools, or can the cork shoes that come with the 2025ADV be used for fiberglass?

Hi, John. There is not a kit available that includes those parts, they will have to be purchased as individual kits. Those items are located on the Hayward Diver Dave / Wanda The Whale Cleaner parts page.

My vacuum cleaner didn’t move.

I looked at vacuum shoes and they were gone.
I found it at Inyopools.com and ordered it.
After 3 days it arrived, and I replaced those, vacuum started to move perfectly.
