How do you known if pentair 472100 is bad. The heater is not turning on service light is on but no error code.

Elias, You can call Pentair at 1-800-831-7133 or have a Service Technician out to take a look at the heater since it's not giving you an error code.

If I can not read the display as certain portions of numbers do not light up , assume I need to replace entire board ?...if so is this something that I can handle or do I need to get a professional to replace the board

Hi Lou, Replacing the Controller will resolve your issue. If you're unable to complete the installation then you can hire someone to complete the installation,

I have the Pentair MiniMax NT heater and need the controller board PN: 472100. (Hard to get the heater to switch from Spa, sticks) The face plate is also damaged. Do you have a part number for that?
