Yes the 2824-050 Intellichlor Replacement Unions will work for the IC20-IC40-IC60 cells.

Hi, Gary. I'm not aware of any split nuts that can be used as a replacement for these Intellichlor Unions.

Will these parts replace the black union rings on this Pentair Intellichlor Salt Chlorine Generator model IC40? I've attached a photo. One of the black rings has cracked.
