Is this part complete with the laterals and also will it mount up with my old s200 filter assembly without any other needed parts?

Yes this is the correct lateral assembly for the Hayward s200 filter. As long as the other internal parts are in good condition then this assembly is all that you should need.

Is the Hayward Sand Filter S200 Lateral assembly still made for the OLD threaded lateral pieces rather than the folding laterals?

Hi, Jim. Unfortunately, that style has been replaced by the pivot style.
