Hi, LE. Yes, this Switch Decal - 009492F will work with the P-R406A-EP-C model manufactured in May 2010. We do not have instructions for replacing this unit.

My switch, heater and control panel are working fine. Only the LCD went bad. Can that be replaced individually? Do I need the Raypak switch & Decal 009491F, Switch Decal alone 009492F or an entire Control panel 013464F?

Hi Charles, in order for the LCD screen to be replaced the board/panel that it is attached to will need to be replaced as well. If you are not sure if this is the correct one, please provide us with the specific heater model number, approximate date of installation or serial number, and we can confirm for you.
