Hi, I recently purchased Xtreme filer CC15080X5S a month ago, but lately it seem like the PSI stay at 18-20 no matter how I clean the cartridge that cause not enough flowing water kick in to my heater. How can I solve this problem ? I also noticed the top air pressure gauge glass has water in it, will that be causing the pressure problem ? thanks.

Hi Kenny, Try running the system without the cartridge in it and record the pressure reading. If the pressure is significantly lower then you will need to thoroughly clean out the filter. Water inside the pressure gauge is a sign that the pressure gauge is bad.

I have a Hayward Model # SW15044MFTTL Voyager SwimPro (Filter spec label has CC1500, CC1750 and CC2000). I'm guessing mine is the CC1500 based on model number. Does your Item No. CCX1000D fit this filter housing? And if so, do you have it in stock and how soon can it be shipped? Do the Hayward "Xstream" and my Hayward Voyager SwimPro have common parts?

Hi, David. The Xstream and Voyager SwimPro share the same parts. The Lock Ring - CCX1000D will fit the SW15044MFTTL filter. It is a stock item and will ship either the same day or the next business day.

We have a Swimpro Voyager model #SW1000Z4, would this filter lid and lock fit this model?

Hi. The Filter Lid w/Lock Ring CCX1000C is the replacement for the SW1000Z4 based on that model #.

Pros: Fast service
Cons: assembly needed
Excellent service and easy to order, only problem was it came in two pieces, and to engage the locking ring you have to use a rubber mallet. I would think it would come all together ? I also did get the rubber gasket either (I took it off the old one). But other than that its working just fine. I'll do busy again with INYOPOOLS.
