Is this a Pleatco Filter PJANCS250-4 or a replacement for a Pleatco PJANCS250-4?

With monthy cleanings, how long will the cartridge filter last (remain effective)? Runs 9 hrs/day in Florida temps.

Although this filter seems to get our pool very clean, we have since found out that it is more expensive and difficult to find than many others on the market. Our water must be pretty bad, too, because we are already in need of a new one!
