The net looking part of our filter is torn. This appears to be those covers. How do we know for sure it is what we need?

On the outside of your pool filter tank should be a label with a manufacture name, model name, model # and square footage. If you could supply us with any or all of this information then we could supply you with the proper DE grid replacements.

Quality of product was great! Unfortunately packaging and customer service was awful. First off we purchased this product to have a spare set of filters on our shelf. When we finally needed them and opened the box we came to find one of the filters of the set was missing, no big deal there was a packaging error so we call customer service to inform them of THIER mistake. After calling I spoke with a rude woman who suggested I was lying about one filter being left out of the order and that she needed photo proof!!! I’ve been working on commercial pools since 2012 and I will never do business with this company again. Good luck everyone!
