The BN-62 is a 48 frame motor. Use part # 34-270-3566 for a wet end with 2" x 2", & use 34-270-3568 for a wet end that has 2-1/2" x 2"

I have a pump PF-40-2N22C dated 2012, Does the motor have a start capacitor ??? there is a run capacitor on top of the motor. I see the new replacement PF-30-2N22C have combination start/run capacitor.

To determine if a motor has a capacitor, we would need the part, model, or catalog number from your current motor's label. Or, you can inspect the motor yourself; look for the capacitor bump on the motor's topside, or remove the endcap where the terminal leads are located.

Does the cord come with the pump I just bought and if not can you buy it separately ? The cord on the old pump is pretty old and should be replaced too.

How many gallons per minute will this pump? Thank you

Check the chart on the webpage for the Executive 56 Spa Pump - 2" x 2" - 4.0 HP, 230V, Dual Speed - 3721621-1D, as the pumping volume will change depending upon the amount of head in your system.  This can pump as much as 240 gallons per minute with 5' of head or 20 gallons per minute at 75' of head.  See this article for How Do I Calculate Feet of Head for My Pool? as a guide.
