Will this fit an Ulrra flow pump? I have a serial no. 03502950400810 and (s) no.067096.

Hi Joe, yes this is the correct lid locking ring on the American Products Ultra-Flo pool pump. There is also a lid clamp however is for the older 1st generation Ultra-Flo.
