Hello- The 3295-494 POWER SUPPLY DIAG + TIMER USA 2010 (9995672-US-ASSY) is not waterproof. They need to be protected from the elements at all times.

Hi Jeff, This particular Power Supply does have a replacement 2.5 amp Fuse-1930251 that can be replaced. You can try replacing it to see if that resolves the problem you're experiencing.
