Does this misting tower spin with the pressure of the water? How wide is the misting area?

The tower does not spin under pressure. The misting area will be about 5 feet wide and should extend out about 3 - 4 feet with regular water pressure (80 psi).

What would be the effective spray area for this water mister? We want to place it in our driveway which is about 20 x 20 ft.

In order to mist a 20x20 area, you would need a 1000 psi misting pump to supply enough water pressure to achieve you desired area of coverage.
