Hi Tony, We do not sell parts specifically for Esther Williams pools, the only thing you can do to confirm if this will fit is to compare the dimension to the ones you have.

How many would I need for the whole 27 ft round pool??

Hello, Normally these rails are used for 8' round pools, I would check with something that measures 42 7/8" which that would take around 21 rails.
