I need top rails for a Liberty 24 ft round 54 inch high above ground pool.

Hi, Shannon. We do not have a parts list for a  Liberty 24' Round 54" Wall, only a Liberty 24' Round 52" Wall (Resin Top Rail, Steel Upright). You can check it out to see if the pool looks like yours, the upright will not work but the other parts will if this is a 52" version of your pool.
