Thinking about replacing rusted top rails with this product. Pool is "about" 15 years old. Very good shape except for the top rails. It's 21' round. Existing rails measure 55&1/2" outside and 54&1/2" on the water side. Mount holes are 2" apart. There are 14 top rails. Will this product work? What do you get for $629.99. How many rails, do the caps between rails come with it? How about any other necessary hardware like screws? Is hardware stainless steel? How long to deliver to Massachusetts?
