PLEASE NOTE: This kit REPLACES THE BOTTOM PLATES ONLY! There is no Resin Top Plate Upgrade Kit to Replace 19164 that are used as top plates.

Will this fit a Wilbar Solstice 24 ft round above ground pool? I am looking to upgrade to the resin bottom rails, but want to make sure I get the correct bottom plates for my posts. The steel bottom plates and steel posts that I have are part #'s, 11595 and 21429, respectively. Will these replace part 11595?
