In looking at pictures of your P/N PL2648 you show two different types of cover. One is tinted and one is clear. I want to make sure I get a clear one. How do I know I will get a clear one. I have a perfectly good tinted one which I do not like. Pump is in a pump house and can not see contents of basket without shutting off pump and opening lid. Previous pump had a clear lid and could easily see contents of basket.

Hi, Brian. This cover is tinted, not clear. The lighting in the photo station for the 360 view made the lid appear to be clear. We do not carry a clear version of this lid.

Cons: No Cons
This generic strainer cover works just like a Pro!!! You will not be able to tell the difference between this one and the Hayward. Thanks Inyopools for saving me some $$$
