Replacement Main PCB for PureLine Crystal Pure Salt systems

The main circuit board is the heart of your salt system. Without it, your system will no longer sanitize your pool effectively. In most cases, the Crystal Pure main PC Board will fail due to an electrical surge, lightning, or a brownout.

I have the PL7700 pcb. Will this be compatible, the only difference I see is that the 7700 has a blue wire connection and this has black in its place.

Hi Chris, It looks like you have a pre-2016 Crystal Pure Salt System, so you would require this Pre 2016 Crystal Pure PCB Board

I have a crystal pure 3,0 system. the control board has a continuous no flow light. the only time is off is when breaker is off. I have replaced the flow switch no change. the power and gen. and super chlorine lights are on. pump is working good no clogs in line. the system has been operating for two years perfect. HELP

Hi, John. Since the flow switch was replaced and you're still having the same issue, the Main PCB - PL7750 is the issue. It will need to be replaced.

The control board got wet

so just to mention, I purchased a pureline 40,000 gallon salt generator 4+ years ago a year ago it started acting up telling me no flow and other lights were lit. when I pulled the digital board off of the main board and remove the main board there was corrosion at the bottom by the Flo jack. I saw a new piece of copper into it and it worked for about six or seven months maybe a year and it started reading wrong and telling me the salt was no good and also no flow again. I ordered the new control board from inyopools and when I received it, I installed it. first, you need to remove the cover to Phillips screws on the left and right once you removed the Phillips screws, remove the panel once the panel is removed, you can remove the screen with the digital readout. there are four clips one in each corner, compress the front of the clips and pull out on the board then you can remove the main control board which consists of two fillips head screws at the bottom. Once the two Phillips head screws are removed slide the board upwards because there’s two clips on the top left and right. take a picture of how the wires are connected. remove the wires put the wires on the new board just like the picture you took. shows put the control board back in so that the two clips on the left and right lineup with the big holes at the top slide board down till it locks in place. reinstall the two Phillips screws at the bottom reconnect your power wires take the digital readout, screen line the little prongs up with the board push board in words till it’s fully seated replace the main cover with the two Phillips screws on the left and right. turn your power back on And restart your pure line salt generator

Replacement Main PCB

I had to replace my main PCB on my Pureline salt system. I watched a YouTube video with instructions and it was incredibly easy. Every step was explained and shown in detail and it was 100% accurate. Very simple!
