Hello Gary, you might want to check if there is any stress cracks on the housing.  Also with the oring, take the lid off and whip down any residue that could cause compromising the seal. Once cleaned, put a layer of lube and let cure for a minimum of 2 hours to create a seal.

Hi Chris, yes this is a replacement for the Harris pool pump lid. Right now we are out of stock on this lid but we do have more arriving into inventory around June 15th, 2021. If you are in need of this lid I would suggest ordering now as we already have a lot of back-orders for the lid and the inventory that will be arriving in June we will sell through pretty quickly. If you order now then you will save your place in line for the lid.
