Does your replacement cell SC 48 come with the entire manifold or is it just the cell? Do you carry the plug for the electric for this cell?

What is the warranty on the Salt Cell itself and the Power Supply?

The power supply has a 2 year parts and labor warranty. During the 3rd year, 50% of parts cost is covered. The cell has a 2 year full parts and labor warranty. During the 3rd year, parts are covered at 50%. During the 4th year on the SC48 and SC60 ONLY, 25% of parts are covered. During the 5th year on the SC60 ONLY, 15% of parts are covered.

Is this a new cell or rebuilt, the low price has me wondering.

This item is brand new and has not been used. Anything that is refurbished or "Scratch and Dent" on our site will be clearly marked as such in the title.

How can you tell when it's time to replace the SC-48? The pool pilot shows 22 volts at 5 amps. The red light is not flashing but it doesn't seem to be producing clorine. Thank

How old is your current cell? Cells should be replaced about 3-5 years, possibly longer, depending on use. You can reach out to manufacture AutoPilot directly, have them trouble shoot the unit with you and they will be able to confirm if the cell needs to be replaced. I need to replace my cell, however, do I need to replace the cord as well?

Kari, If your cord is still in good condition you can replace just the cell and reuse the cord you have. If you need the replacement cord you can find it in the Auto Pilot Super Cells Parts.
