Here is the best way to store the cover for the summer by following these steps: 1. Clean the Cover of any debris before removing it. 2. Remove the Cover Springs and Screw Down Anchors. 3. How you remove the cover from your pool is important for minimizing damage risks. Start at one end of the cover and fold the cover in small sections in an accordion-style until your reach the end. Carefully remove it from the end of the swimming pool and set it on a flat clean surface. 4. Clean the Cover thoroughly by spreading it out on a clean section of your lawn and clean it thoroughly using a mild detergent mixed with water. You want to wait for the cover to be dry before you store it away. Once dry, fold the cover in half as many times as possible until it is small enough to fit in the storage bag that was supplied with it. When storing the cover, do not set it on the floor.

Will these work on my above ground Splash Super Pool (17' X 29.5')? If so, how many will I need? Can I use them by themselves to hold the cover in place all winter long, or are these only meant to supplement a winch & wire cable system?

So on the Pool cover clips. I am familiar with the Male ones. That is what I would like to order. If I order a 30 pack of the clips I would get 30 of those right? I see the female cover clip. Not familiar with those.

There is conflicting information on this product. The first picture shows single clips, the second picture shows a female/male mated clips and how to install and the quantity in the detailed discription shows 12. My question: Would I get 30 female and 30 male clips if ordered? I have strong winds where I live and do not want to use single clips.

if the cover wants to fill with water will these clips hold it taught so water does not fill up?

Hi, Patty. These clips used independently will not be able to hold the cover on the pool with water accumulating on it. These are to be used in addition to the winter cover cable.

Will these work on an above ground 18' Azor pool? If so, how many clips are needed?

Yes, the Azor model above-ground pool can use them. You should use 3 clips on every top rail for the best holding power.
