Nine times out of ten this is a bad Aquarite flow switch. You may check to see if the cable to the flow switch has been nicked or chewed by an animal.

Hi, Could you tell what part of the system tells what the salt level is?

Hi, Rodney. The Cell relays the salinity and temperature reading back to the controller.

Hi, Randy. The No Flow light will stay on until water flow engages the flow switch. As long as the system thinks water is not flowing, you will not generate any chlorine. If you're sure that the system is getting at least 15 GPM, you may want to check the connection at the controller or your flow switch may be bad.
