Will this fit a Hayward DE6020? If so, what other parts do I need when replacing the grid (i.e. do I also need to replace gaskets, seals, or other parts?)

Yes, this is the correct grid assembly for the Hayward DE6020 model filter and it is recommended to also replace the seals that you can see at key numbers 12 and 17 on the parts diagram that you can view by clicking here.
