Hello Colleen - The nut assembly (511-7221) is the same for all of the Clearwater series. The Clearwater II series has a different nut assembly (550-2060). I am unaware of a way to repair a broken lock nut.

Will this fit a Proline Cartridge?

Theresa, This can fit Proline Cartridge Filter's since some Waterway filters are also under the Proline name. You'll have to call Waterway at 805.981.0262 to verify.

Is there an o-ring that goes inside this nut assembly?

Hi, Terese. The Lid O-ring goes around the Lid, not this Nut Assy.

Hello, unfortunately, this part is no longer manufactured and has no listed replacement. You can try and contact the manufacturer Waterway to double-check for any other options however you may want to consider a new complete filter.
