How long do the pods, AXV417WHP, usually last?

This will depend on how much the cleaner is used and the type of pool finish. You can test the pods by pulling the cleaner out of the pool while the pump is off. Turn the cleaner upside down so that you are looking at the pods. Try to move one of the pods up and down while holding the opposite pod. If they are good you should not be able to move the one pod up and down. If the pod does move then they are stripped and need to be replaced. Also, if the pods are cracked they should be replaced.

I have a Navigator model 403D-770075 and I need the pods for right and left side with the shoes attached. Do you have them for this model. Thanks

Hello, i have a diver dave and in the left and right POD pieces there are 4 springs on the "feet/shoes" so to speak (where the SLOTTED SANTOPRENE SHOES connect)....3 of them are missing leaving me with only 1 spring.........do you just sell the springs? Please let me know. Thanks, David

David, The springs are not sold separately, you'll have the replace the pods with the Pod Kit (AXV417WHP).

Hi. My vacuum is a Hayward navigator, I cannot find the model number, the only number on the device is serial # 409D952662 and I need to replace this part, though it doesn't look exactly the same as mine.
Grateful for your advice.

I need to replace both pods. I see the picture describing the part number AXV417WHP but it describes two types of pods one with wheels for smooth surface pools and another pod for concrete that requires shoes. I need the concrete type. Is there a difference part number for the concrete pod?
