This sight glass does not come with the gasket. The gasket part number is 4628-16 that you can view by clicking here.

Hi Melissa, No this is not the correct replacement sight glass for the W3S200. You will instead need this Sight Glass for Hayward W3S200 Sand Filter.

Hello George. Attached please find the Hayward Multiport Vari-Flo SP-710 exploded parts diagram. The Sight Glass w/ Gasket for Hayward Valve - SPX0710MA is the identified sight glass for the 1 1/2" and 2" Vari-Flo Valves, all models.
