Hi Joe, Yes this top assembly does come will all the parts like the o-rings, gaskets and spring. I don't beleive this comes with any instructions but we do have this Multiport Video here which should be helpful for your installation. You can always call us for assistance as well. Update: All the gaskets minus the spider gasket are included with this top assembly, here is the proper Spider Gasket for This Top Assembly.

Joe, I'm sorry about that I did answer your last question incorrectly, the spider gasket does not come with the top assembly. The spider gasket E-12-S-2 is purchased seperately

will this replace the top of a Purex Triton SM-20. I think there was another letter or number but this has worn off. It has 2" connections.

Will this fit the pentair valve model number SM-20-2, valve assermblt model SM2-pp2? Also, my valve is leaking water up through the handle. Any idea what could be causing that? The washer valve spring?

Yes that is a correct top valve assembly replacement and there are tune up kits if you choose to replace those seals and such. Those kits are listed as the first items on this parts diagram for your valve.

I have a sta-rite S&D75 filter fitted with a black valve (no markings) which appears identical to the sta-rite 18201-0200 (model B) valve shown on your site. The unit was fitted in 1994. Is this this the correct top valve assembly for the 18201-0200 valve?

Hello Chris - You could use either the 4602-1152 (black) or 4600-1152 (white) as the top assembly replacement for the SM20-1. The only difference is the color of the plastic.

Hello - I have a TM-22 (not sure if there are any letters after TM22). I just need to order the "Top Valve Assy". Is this the correct part to order? The only other identifiers I see on this is it says 125.GPM US Rated flow.

Hi James, Yes this would be the proper top valve assembly for the TM-22. We would also suggest replacing the E-12-S-2 Spider Gasket when replacing the top assembly.

The multi-port valve is leaking out the backwash hose and there is no identifiying information left on the unit to know which parts to order. I believe it is a Jandy, but not sure. Also, this part if the correct one come with spider gasket & top o ring?

Hello Bob. The Praher Top Valve Assembly 2" Black-E-50-S2B is compatible with the Jandy Multiport Valve A0553645 which is installed on your Jandy DEL60 DE Filter. The Top Cover o-ring is part number E-7-S2 (#6 on attachment) and the Spider Gasket is part number E-12-S-2 (#13 on attachment). Attached please find an exploded parts diagram for the Jandy Side Mount Multiport Valve model A0553645. Jandy Side Mount Valve-DE (SM20-2)

will this fit a Pentair SM-20 ? Also i have a question on the Spider Gasket installation. I have gone through 2 of them this past summer. They are lifting up on one of the spokes so the valve leaks after going from backwash back to filter. I can reset the spider gasket but it will leak again after the next backwash. Should I be using a gasket cement or RTV Silicone to get the gasket to stay in the grooves/channels?

Hi Alan, yes this is the correct top valve assembly for the model SM-20 multiport valve. Also yes it is recommended to use clear RTV silicone or Loctite when installing the new spider gasket to hold them in place.

I believe I have a Pentair/PacFab 270067 diverter which is over 20 years old. I am leaking water around the handle after having just replaced the spider gasket (it was leaking before I replace the gasket). Will this fit my model diverter?

Hi Alexander, yes the top key cover valve assembly should resolve that handle leak as the entire assembly comes with the seals and such under the handle intact. However the correct assembly is actually part number 4600-067. I have emailed you an estimate that you can convert to an order aswell if you'd like.
