Does this device comes in 220 Volts. Also, what's the hose diameter?
 Reply

A  Answered on 10/15/2014 by InyoPools Product Specialist Patrick P.

This cleaner is not electrical. It runs off of the suction line of a pool. The hose plugs into a 1.5 inch line.

My cleaner stays on the same cleaning path in the pool, I have to change its path manually by placing it somewhere else in the pool, please help. Its 3 weeks new!

Hi Jose, The CleanPro S-2000 is a random pattern cleaner.  You will have to adjust your return jet to allow the cleaner to maneuver differently in your pool.

My cleanpro s2000 pool vacuum head stays at an angle under the water while it vacumns my pool floor, (like a 45° angle) I tried moving the plastic attachment along the hoses but no luck, please help! Could it be the vacuum pressure is too high/low? I have to keep pushing the head of the vacuum down and its getting annoying. Por favor!!! Ayuda! Lol

Hi Jose, The CleanPro S-2000 is designed to be at a 45° angle when cleaning your pool.

I know it works through the suction line of the pool, Iam assuming it should work through the skimmer as well?
 Reply

A  Answered on 8/27/2015 by InyoPools Product Specialist Lennox H.

Hi Jose, If you do not have a dedicated vacuum port you will have to use your skimmer.

Ok, I will try to explain my issue with this cleaner. The entire rubber head of the vac is NOT flush with the pool floor. Its like placing a book on a flat table and lifting one side of the book 6 inches off the table.

Hi Jose, It sound like the cleaner needs to be weighted down or you may need to add additional section of hose to insure that the disk is flush with the pool surface.  I would recommend calling the manufacture (CMP 1.800.733.9060)  to troubleshoot the problem that you're having with the cleaner.

I have a new CleanPro S 2000 for an inground pool. It gets to the spa end of the pool and then gets trapped in the angle where the spa is built in to the pool. Is there a reverse valve I need to insert in the line?
 Reply

A  Answered on 9/11/2015 by InyoPools Product Specialist Brian M.

There is no back-up valve that can go on these type of suction cleaners. The only thing I can think off is adding what is called a Twister Pool Hose Rotator. It is not an item we sell, but I see it listed on Amazon. It constantly is twisting the hose so as to never get stuck and also maneuver it around the pool.

the cleaner worked very well for a short time then it just stops, stays stopped, no movement. like it is stuck on the bottom via the suction....pick it up and it goes about ten feet and the same old thing. tried weight position change, but nothing seems to change. tried to change the suction to cleaner changes, no luck...please reply

Hello, Mike. I would start with checking the filtration system and ensure the filter is clean. If all is well in the filtration system, it is advised to have the cleaner inspected. It is possible the Diaphragm inside of the cleaner may either have a clog or needs to be replaced. The Diaphragms that may be used for replacement are Long Life Diaphragm (w69698) InyoPART# 3238-105 or the Long Life Diaphragm (w69698) - Generic InyoPART# 25563-810.

Is there an attachment for above ground pools to hook this up to the skimmer basket or port?
 Reply

A  Answered on 5/30/2016 by InyoPools Product Specialist Lennox H.

Hi Chris, They are a few different skimmer adapters that can be used to attach a cleaner to the skimmer. If you can provide the model of your skimmer we an locate the correct adapter needed.

Last time we ordered a g4 barracuda and were satisfied with the service. How does the s2000 compare?

This model is very similar to the G4 in both its operation and longevity. I am sure this will be an excellent replacement to your previous pool cleaner.

I have this cleaner and I'm not sure what part of I'm missing. What piece attaches to P to keep the hose attached

A  Answered on 3/29/2017 by InyoPools Product Specialist Lennox H.

Hi, Lesley. There is no other part that is needed to keep the hose attached to the cleaner. The Lead Hose is attached to REF O once REF P is attached.

I've had an S-2000 for 3 or 4 years. It no longer scoots along. Do I need to replace the diaphragm? Where do I get that replacement part, is it the same as a Barracuda diaphragm?

Hi, Rodger. The replacement Diaphragm - 25563-810-000 is the correct one which is the same as the one used with selected Barracuda cleaners.
