The new Jandy Plus Series of pumps adds many PLUS features to pool and spa pumps. The new Plus HHP features an enlarged strainer basket to optimize hydraulic flow and increase debris-holding capacity. Our clear lid with cross-rib handles makes opening and cleaning easy, without the need for tools. Quick connect unions and double drain plugs make service and winterizing a snap. Long-term reliability is ensured by top of the line 303 grade stainless steel hardware and corrosion proof base. Jandy PHP and PHPU pumps are ideal for filtration pumps as well as demanding hydraulic situations, such as in-floor cleaning systems and jet pumps.

How does the dual speed feature of this pump work?

You would need to tie this dual speed pump into one of our dual speed pump timers/controllers. One of the more popular models is the Digital PE153 series. This timer has 3 functions: one to turn the pump on and off, a second auxiliary to switch from high speed to low speed, and then a third for any other piece of pool equipment.
