The SPX2607-C impeller is compatible with the SPX2600-E5 seal plate.

How do get the impeller off the pump?

Hi Carl, You will have to lock the motor shaft and then unscrew the impeller. Our How To Replace the Motor on Your Pool Pump guide will provide you with the steps.

Hey, looking for a replacement impellor with the part number SP2607-C. Will an SPX2607-C replace this? Was wondering what the X stood for.

Hi Trace, Yes the SPX2607-C is the direct replacement for your SP2607-C. Sometimes Hayward has used an X in there part #'s and sometimes not, but yes it is the exact same part.

I needed the product, you had it and now it is working fine. What more could I ask? Except you came and installed it for me. But I was out of luck on that one, right. It was good to do business with you. Of course writing these reviews kind of sucks.
