I currently have a Pentair Pinnacle Pump 1 1/2 HP - 342856 and the motor has started to run very, VERY loud. Can you advise me which single speed and variable speed motors would be compatible with my pump as well as which gasket kits I would need to install them? It currently has a Marathon C1246 1.5 HP motor. Thank you!

Hi, Karin. The B2854 (Single Speed) or the ECM16SQU (Variable Speed) along with the Pinnacle Tune Up Kit - GOKIT24 are the components you will need for your model pump.

I have a pump/ housing I would like to change out. The housing is 17 years old and motor is 5. Housing is cracked and leaking. Model number is pfll-p1-1 1/2 by pentair. What would you have as a direct replacement. Thank you.

Hello James.  The Pentair Pool Products Pump Housing, part 356002, is the replacement wet end for your Pentair Pinnacle Pool Pump model PFII-P1-1 1/2.  Pump Housing, Almond (356011) - 356002   Attached please find an exploded parts diagram for the Pentair Pinnacle Pool Pump.  Pentair / Pac Fab Pinnacle

Replaced previous model. Even though HP same, it's quieter and seems to be more powerful based on return water flow
