Does the CC200 Pentair Cartridge Filter come with one cartridge installed? Also, do you have separate in line filters (before pump) with 2 inch connections?

Hello Hans - The CC200 does come with a cartridge. We do not have an inline (pre pump) filter with 2" connections

I AM PLANNING TO PURCHASE THE LARGEST AVAILABLE PENTAIR CC FILTER.
I WAS OFFERED A 320 SQFT UNIT SINCE I HAVE A POOL WITH ABOUT 42,000 GALLONS. DOES SUCH A UNIT EXIST OR CAN YOU GET IT?. OTHERWISE WE STAY WITH THE 200 SQFT UNIT. IT SHOULD BE SUFFICIENT??

Hans - The CC200 can handle 42,000 gallons. There is a Clean and Clear Plus 320. The benefit of the 320 is that it would not have to cleaned out as often.

I have a 29,100 gallon pool, should I go with the 150 or 200 sq ft cartridge filter? Thanx

Hi Steve, If your pocket book can handle it I would always suggest going larger on the filter as the filter will have more cleaning capacity and there will be longer time between cleaning the cartridge.

Pros: No maintenance, clear water
Cons: A bit difficult to clean
This filter is absolutely a god-send. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. It has saved us hours and hours of annoying reminders to the pool man to backwash and to replenish the diatomaceous . We all know how completely dreadful that can be. Since our pool is quite large, our engineer set them up in tandem (300 sf x 2 ) and we have absolutely no issues for almost the entire season. When we leave for the winter, he simply pulls the cartridges and cleans them thoroughly. Fabulous, really.

I replaced with the same original, not cheap but easier to slide the filters in an out for cleaning. Not faded anymore!
