Can this valve be rotated so that the input is one of the “straight” sides and the outputs are then straight and 90 degrees to the right?

can the 2 straight pipe be in flow and out flow 100% and the "t" be restricted? i will be using the "t" pipe for an inline chlorinator hc-pentair 3351

Hello Habib.  Yes, the 1.5" 3 Way Diverter Valve can be aligned in the configuration expressed in your communication.  The valve handle has 72 locking positions that provide the flexibility required for this installation.

Terrible return policy. Takes a week to get an RMA, then the rules to return are a page long. Must be UPS or Fedex, must be in original box, original packing, no writing on box, etc. Sounds like they will just put it back on the shelf then send it out to someone else without opening it. Oh and you pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, on top of the shipping to you in the first place. I ordered this valve based on the advice from their rep. that it would work with my Hayward Xstream, but they said it was my fault because I ordered over the web and not on the phone. Bottom line - order over the phone and get a name, otherwise you're stuck with it!
