Hi Jerry, This Clamp Assy (25010-9100) will not fit the CCP420, the Clamp Assembly (190003) is the correct one for the CCP420 filter.

Hello Tom- The Clamp (25010-9100) part # 4686-05 will not fit your Posi-Flo 100txr. You will have to replace then entire filter.
