Is the 00B8083 V-band a direct replacement for the original 15B0097 clamp assembly?

Hi. Unfortunately, this V-Band Clamp will not replace the Clamp Assembly - 15B0097 which is still available in limited quantity.

Will this clamp fit a Baker Hydro HRV-24 sand filter? Do I also need an O ring under the lids? Thanks

Hi, Ed. This Clamp Assembly, V-Band - 00B8083 will fit a Baker Hydro HRV-24 sand filter. If yours is worn, I recommend replacing it, the P/N O-215.
