Hello Joe, Yes the Cap, Cover (clx200c) is the correct replacement for the CL220 chlorinator. Please keep in mind that the cap does not come with any additional parts like o-rings or the cover. This is only the cap.

Does this fit on a Hayward Chlorine feeder 220? And does it come with the O-Ring and lubricant?

This cover and cap assembly with o-ring was the exact part needed for our repair. Inyo Pool Products has a helpful part breakdown diagram for chlorinators as well as many other pool pump parts. Having the exact part and fit is imperatively important to avoid the potential for leaks.
