Does the replacement pump motor come with this screw? I also am wondering why this screw is not Stainless Steel. The last brass impeller screw was almost completely deteriorated by chemicals or electrolysis..

Hello, the replacement motor that you will be purchasing will not need the impeller screw. The new technology in motors no longer requires this part.
