I saw on the page for PAC FAB MPV 50118300 that this is a suitable replacement for a mid 90's vintage top mount PAC FAB Eclipse/meteor filter. Can you confirm that this valve will fit the 30" version of this filter? Is the flange size 8.22"?

Hi Andrew we are not showing that this valve works on the 30" Meteor. You will need this 50123100 30" Meteor Valve Replacement which has a flange size of 8.22"

Need to replace a Pentair 50118300 top mounted valve that is mounted on a PacFab 58930100 26" Meteor TM circa 1995-6. The mounting screw receptacles shape most closely match the the picture for the Praher 4600-1102.
If the valve is obviously incorrect upon receipt, may I return for refund ?

Hi, TJ. The part you ordered and received can be returned if it's in new or unused condition. You can replace the entire valve with the TM-12-S8 or the Top Assembly Valve, 8 Way - 272528

I have a 50118300 with threaded 2" pipe is this TM-12-S8 going to work for me and if it is 1.5 " can I reduce the 2" down

Hi, Steven. Yes, this TM-12-S8 Valve will work. you will need to reduce your plumbing from 2" to 1-1/2" connecting to the valve.
