Hi Mitch, yes this is the new style replacement for the Jacuzzi EarthWorks 125 and this is the complete grid assembly replacement. We do have this in stock ready to ship.

Hi, Bill K. The EW36 New Style Curved Grids Assy- 42359710K will replace the EW75.

if your going from an old ew125 to the new ew125 is there anything else you would need in replacing it?

Hi, K. You will just need to purchase the new style grid assembly along with the Earthworks O-ring Kit - APCK1165.
