What is the difference between the Smart Pool ChlorEase CL01 and the Ultra CL02 generator besides the price?

Functionally, both CL01 and CL02 generate chlorine for up to 18,000 gal AG pools. The CL02 adds an LED status indicator, an on/off control switch, and an on/off cycle.
