Hi Shelly, The Handle Assy (99957042-ASSY) can also fit the Dolphin Supreme M5.

I also need the bolt that attaches the handle to the body of the cleaner. Does it come with it and if not, what is the part number for it?

Hi, Yani. The Screw is not included and it's not listed on the parts list.
