I wouldn't term it as a universal part, but this clamp is compatible with the Hayward Pro Top Mount Sand Filter 18”,21”,22”,23”,24”,27” and the Hayward Pro Top Mount Sand Filter 27", 31" & 36"

Will this fit my Blue Wave Sandman sand filter? The part # is NEP2131.

Hello, this clamp will not fit your Sandman filter; the correct clamp would be the Flange Clamp for 16", 19", 24" Pooline Filter - 647304072.
