2" Slide Valve for Pentair Sand & D.E Filters
Note: Currently shipping in Black
PLEASE NOTE: Model #263034 & 261165 have been replaced with model #263064 which is this Aftermarket Part # 25831-119-750
This is a 2" Aftermarket Slide Valve that works on most Pentair and Pac-Fab D.E and Sand Filters which have a side-mounted valve. The valve has 2" ports meaning that the valve can accommodate 2" plumbing going into the valve. If you have 1.5" plumbing then you can use these 2" x 1.5" Reducer Bushings to accommodate 1.5" plumbing. This is an Aftermarket valve which means the valve is not made by the original equipment manufacturer (Pentair).

on the slide valve kit can you just replace the handle or do you have to buy the whole kit, our handle half broken and hard to use.
can i use this valve to replace a Sta-Rite WC212-134
Hi Russ, yes, this 2" Slide Valve for DE & Sand Filters - Black - 263064 is the generic replacement for your WC212-134 or Pentair offers this Valve, 2" Push-Pull, 7.81" Center (263053) - 4685-1 as well. We also stock some parts for your original Sta-Rite Plastic Slide Valve here.
Does this include the valve stem (51013811) or do you order that separately?
The handle on my existing stem broke so I am unsure if I can simply order the valve stem or need the entire slide valve assembly.

Hello, Bob. Here is a copy of the owner's manual for the CMP valve, click here to view. It is designed to use in place of the Pentair 263064. The valves are used on the Triton II Side Mount Sand Filters. The TR40, 50, 60, 100, and 140 have the option to use valves 261173, 263079, 261049, 261050, 261055, 263064, or 263080. You will most likely need to replumb depending on the removal process of the old valve.
Less than 1 hr
Adjustable Wrench, Hacksaw, plumbing cement
Simply cut out the old valve, and glue in this replacement valve. Everything fits and is in perfect alignment with my Pentair DE filter. Piston is smooth to operate.
