what does service factor mean

Service Factor is the multiplier that determines the total HP of a motor. The equation is Total HP = HP x Service Factor. In this case 1 HP x 1 SF = 1.

Will this motor work for a Hayward pump SP2602X10 ID21120612001397020 ?

Hi, This motor will not work with the Hayward pump SP2607X10, UST1102 motor is the correct motor. When replacing the motor we recommend getting the Hayward Super Pump Tune Up Kit p/n GOKIT3 or GOKIT3SALT.

will this motor mount to an above ground pool pump?? It looks identical to the one i have. My pump is a Hayward. It has 4 thin bolts that goes thru and fastens to the pump.

Perry, This motor will only fit on certain above ground pool pumps since it does not have a base.
