We just bought a house with a hot tub in it and the system is a sta rite posiflow stainless filter and pump. The air relief assembly continues to drip, is there an o ring inside that needs to be replaced?

Hi Scott, You would have to replace the entire Air Relief Assembly, there isn't a replacement part # for the o-ring located inside of this assembly.

I need the part in the small picture that shows the thumb shut off. Does the part 9239-02 come with that ?

Hello, Yes the Air Relief Assembly does come with the thumb screw that controls the release of air from the filter.

I received the air relief assembly but there is not a thumb screw for one of the holes. Is this supposed to go on the DE filter likes it is or is a piece missing?
The thumb screw broke off the old part.

Hello Arleen, this air relief valve includes one thumb screw. What is not included is a pressure gauge that would be inserted into the second hole like the Gauge Press w/ Indicator Rear Mount.

Hello Alberto. Yes, the Air relief Assembly 154689 is the replacement for Sta-Rite 154689Z. Back Mount Pressure Gauge model# 4727-0 is compatible with air release valve 154689. Both items are replacement parts for your Sta-Rite DE Filter model DES 51-01. Back Mount Pressure Gauge 0-60 1/4" NPT REAR/BACK (102D-204D)
